Terms and Conditions for the Use of HAREC Clinical Trial Registry

The HAREC Clinical Trial Registry (The Registry) contains summary information of trials conducted in Hong Kong. The information, which complies with international standard, is supplied to the Registry on the express written consent of the investigators or sponsors.

Only clinical trials approved by the Hospital Authority Cluster Research Ethics Committees or the appropriate institutional review boards or committees are included.

The Hospital Authority (HA) will continue to offer The Registry Website <http://www.ekg.org.hk/HAREC-CTR/> for access and use by the public under the following terms and conditions.

 
Copyright

All materials published in the Registry, including, inter alia, design, logos, illustrations, images, data, texts and forms, remain the property of HAREC Clinical Trial Registry, and are subject to copyright protection. Any materials should only be used for personal research and study.

Unauthorized copying or reproduction, systematic printing or downloading of any such materials and their re-distribution are strictly prohibited.
